Welcome to Topsail Elementary

The vision of Topsail Elementary School is to provide a cooperative, respectful and healthy environment that empowers all to achieve optimal learning.

Topsail Elementary is a K - 4 school located in the community of Topsail, overlooking Conception Bay South. The school has five streams and offers both English and French Immersion at each grade level. There are approximately 500 students currently attending the school.

Family Literacy Day

Jan 29th, 2010:
"As part of events to mark Family Literacy Day Wednesday, celebrity readers fanned out across the region to read stories to students. Here, grade 2 French immersion students at Topsail Elementary school in Conception Bay South are treated to a reading by Martin Vallee, owner and operator of Dance Studio East in C.B.S. Vallee read to them in French from the Scholastic book Un Amour de Nicolas!"
